  • Mr. Sonny Zulu

    Sonny Zulu, a seasoned banker, entrepreneur and author, is the Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of Standard Chartered Bank Zambia. Prior to this role, Sonny was Head and Managing Director of the Consumer, Private and Business Banking at Standard Chartered Bank, UAE. He took up senior leadership responsibilities at a very young age and has held a number of senior executive roles in the Bank. Sonny holds an MBA from Manchester Business School and has a degree in Metallurgy and Mineral Processing from the University of Zambia. He also completed several executive programmes at Oxford University in the United Kingdom, Duke Corporate Education in Singapore and INSEAD in Singapore. He is the pastor of the thriving Grace City Church in Lusaka.

  • His Excellency Mr Lazarous Kapambwe

    His Excellency Lazarous Kapambwe served as Zambia’s 17th Ambassador to the United States of America from January 2020. Mr. Kapambwe previously served as Ambassador and Permanent Representative of Zambia to the United Nations in New York from June 2007 to December 2019. Prior to the UN, he was Zambia’s Ambassador to Ethiopia and the African Union. Ambassador Kapambwe has represented Zambia in major meetings of the UN, OAU, AU, SADC, COMESA, Great Lakes Region and the Inter-Governmental Authority for Development (IGAD). Ambassador Kapambwe obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Economy from the University of Zambia in 1981. He has a post-graduate diploma in international relations from Nairobi University (1986), and received a certificate in contemporary American politics from New York University in 1988.

  • Mukwandi Chibesakunda

    Mukwandi Chibesakunda is the Chief Executive Officer of Zambia National Commercial Bank (ZANACO) Plc with extensive experience in the Financial Service Industry. She received a leadership award in 2019 and was named CEO of the year 2021 in Zambia. Mukwandi previously served as CEO at NatSave Bank and Head of Personal and Business Banking at Stanbic Bank. She completed her Master of Business Administration at Manchester Business School in 2018 and was also the former president of the Zambian Institute of Banking and Financial Services.

  • Dr. Julian Dangerfield

    Dr. Julian Dangerfield is pastor and Executive Director of Shalom Outreach in Virginia, USA. Dr Dangerfield has trained and equipped pastors, medical doctors, teachers, social workers, and young people for missionary travel into Africa and South America. Dr Dangerfield has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and a Master of Arts degree in Leadership, Evangelism and Mobilization from Columbia International University in South Carolina. He also completed his doctoral studies at Virginia Union University with a focus on cross cultural ministry.

  • Dr. Abu Bako

    Dr. Abu Bako, an economist by profession, educator and a former lecturer in Economics and Senior Researcher in Agricultural Economics, is a specialist in training, equipping and developing quality leaders at all levels of public life, in all the eight Gates of Society©- Family; Belief System; Government, Governance and Leadership; Economy and Business; Education, Science and Technology; Media; and Arts, Sports and Culture. Dr Abu is president of the College of Sustainable Transformation and Development. COSTrAD, an education and learning hub, comprises eight unique institutes that train students on positioning and harnessing their skills to become key resource persons in their nations.

  • Bishop Never Muparutsa

    Bishop Never Muparutsa is the Presiding Bishop of Pentecostal Assemblies of Zimbabwe (PAOZ). He started his pastoral ministry in Epworth in Harare in 1995. Bishop Muparutsa was appointed as National Evangelist of the PAOZ in 2000. In 2006 he assumed leadership of Jubilee Christian Centre located in the Milton Park suburb of Harare. In 2018, Bishop Muparutsa was elected to sit on PAOZ’s Apostolic Council, a position he holds presently. He also served as Chairperson of the Zimbabwe Heads of Christian Denominations, a grouping that champions the common causes of the umbrella church bodies in Zimbabwe.

  • Lady Norena Chiteba

    Lady Norena Mutoya Chiteba, Founder of KUPES Young Women's Network in Zambia, transforms and empowers over 3,000 young women through mentorship and capacity building. With a 15-year corporate background in Marketing & Public Relations, she held senior roles at Finance Bank, BancABC, and Standard Chartered Zambia. Lady Norena, an Executive MBA holder, excels as a Transformational Speaker and Trainer, focusing on Personal Branding and leadership. She serves on boards, including a top Zambian university, and received numerous awards for her dedication to empowering young women. A former squash association president, she hosts a daily radio segment, emphasizing business and lifestyle topics. Married with four children, Lady Norena champions fully empowered women as agents of social change.

  • Dumisani Ncube

    Dumisani Ncube, also known as ‘the Radical Entrepreneur’, is a successful entrepreneur, public speaker and host of the Africa Must Think Conference, the continent’s largest annual gathering of entrepreneurs. With a diverse background in business management, authorship and product development, he is the founder and CEO of DLN Group, overseeing DLN Entrepreneurship Institute, DLN Technologies, DLN Consult, DLN Innovations and DLN Media. Dumisani is a Chartered Accountant from ZCAS University and holds a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Lusaka and is currently a PhD candidate in Business Management, majoring in Innovation and Entrepreneurship, at the University of Zambia (UNZA).
